Jessica Zenk began dancing at Marie Stinnett Dance Studio at age 10, and hasn't been able to break the habit since. Jessica attended Presentation High School and then headed across the country to attend Brown University in rainy, cold Providence, Rhode Island. At Brown, she majored in Economics and Political Science, and kept up her dancing with Fusion Dance Company as well as sundry tap, West African and modern dance activities. Jessica then moved to New York City where she danced at Steps on Broadway. She then joined Troika Entertainment's company of 42nd Street in Moscow, Russia in late 2002.
Jessica shifted gears in 2003 and began studying for her Master's in City and Regional Planning at UC Berkeley. She is currently the Transportation Policy Director for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. While at UC Berkeley, Jessica was lucky enough to find more than a great education, meeting and, in 2006, marrying Kevin Armstrong. She and Kevin moved back to San Jose in 2008 and welcomed their daughter, Miriam Fay, into the world in 2011.
