Nicole Reed started dancing with Marie Stinnett in 1989 at the age of nine. When she saw her first dance at the Gym in 1990, she knew she wanted to be a part of such a professional company. In 1994, she joined the assistant staff, helping out with jazz and tap classes.
After high school, Nicole attended BYU, graduating cum laude in English and Communications. Nicole returned to the Bay Area in 2003 and joined the Marie Stinnett teaching staff in 2005. Nicole works at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution, doing research in history and political science. She is now married and living in Sunnyvale. Nicole just finished choreographing and dancing in her eighth Dance at the Gym.
