Tuition Payment Plans

All accounts are set up on a quarterly basis (3 months). In other words, if you are registered MONTHLY, you must pay MONTHLY until the end of the quarter.  Please call (408) 257-3247 if you have any questions.

TUITION PAYMENT PLAN CHANGES MAY BE MADE WITH A "CHANGE OF PAYMENT CARD" ONLY AT THE FIRST OF EACH QUARTER.
 

Fall Quarter	September-October-November
Winter Quarter	December-January-February
Spring Quarter	March-April-May
Summer Session	June-July

MONTHLY PLAN:

1. September tuition is payable at time of registration.
2. Tuition is due regardless of attendance. Mail-In envelopes are available for your convenience.
3. There are NO REFUNDS or MAKE-UP CLASSES for classes missed.  Our staff is here every week.  Please do your best to be here as well.
4. Students are guaranteed an average of four weeks per month over the season - some months have 3 weeks; however, this will be made up in the months that have 5 weeks.
5. Students must attend the class in which they are REGISTERED.
6. Students will be charged tuition until a "Drop Card" is submittted.
   
7. When registering mid-month, the BY THE CLASS rate of $17.00 per class will apply. At the first of the following month, the payment plan best suited to your needs may be selected.

**Changes in tuition for 2007/2008

BY THE CLASS TUITION:

1. BY THE CLASS payments of $17.00 per class are collected at the beginning of each class. You must have exact change or a check for the amount.
2. This plan is subject to space availability as classes are limited to twenty-five students.
3. BY THE CLASS students are not eligible for auditions and performances given by the studio.
